Pumpkin Patchin’

Went to a pumpkin patch this week in honor of the first day of fall. Wore this get-up. Idk what I was thinking going to a muddy farm in these clothes, but at least I looked cute? LOL. On an outfit note, if you haven’t bought this tee yet, go, run, buy it in every color!

Clarify Scrub

I raved about this new line of Kenra products alllll week long! I’ve used this scrub now for the past 3 weeks and it has changed the GAME for me! Not only am I loving the chic packaging, I’ve never found such a gentle yet effective cleansing shampoo. And my hair is finicky, fine, and unpredictable. Get it. ASAP!

Weekly Instagram Recap [September 1-8]

Time to get a little real in this post. This week has been rough for me, mentally, physically, in most ways it's been a struggle. It is not easy for me to admit defeat or give excuses for not getting things done, but between the (essentially) zero sleep and the mental angst of dealing with a toddler during a sleep regression... phew. It was rough to say the VERY least. For this reason I was a little more absent than usual on the 'gram. I had to cancel my weekly photoshoot as my child was off her schedule which means I was off my schedule.  I was running low on content for the blog and Instagram. My daily outfits were less than exquisite if you can imagine (picture this: pajamas, no makeup, messy/greasy mom bun, not cute). Anyway, I am pulling myself back up from the depths of feeling like a failure of a parent and struggling with self-esteem issues due to the fact that I can barely take care of myself this week let alone my family. I'm dealing with it and constantly reminding myself that it is just a phase and things will get better. I've been leaning on Dustin to help me a little more than usual and together we are keeping up with the craziness as Stella is starting to sleep better and tantrum less. 

Honestly, I'm trying to get this post up as quickly as possible so if it seems sloppy or there are grammatical errors, I apologize! The to-do list is a mile long and I'm still catching up!

SOOOO, that being said there was not a ton of Instagram looks from this past week. I'll include them here anyway as I always do. I did manage to get a highly requested blog post up though! Click HERE if you missed it.

Camo Tee

This tee is so soft and a little bit longer which is perfect for us taller gals. I feel like I wear these jeans all the time so no explanation necessary for them haha just get 'em if you haven't yet! But wait for them to go on sale since that happens often. I've learned to never buy anything full price from Express.

If you haven't gotten this $17 tee, where have you been?! I have it in 4 colors and there are so many more I'm sure other colors are in my future as well. I hate posting old items, but I found a similar sweater to this one and it's only $20! Also this belt is under $20 and looks like the real- deal. Jeans run TTS and are super high waisted and stretchy. I'm wearing them in "long" but they come in petite and regular as well!

I don't know why I'm always so surprised by how long these Instagram round-up posts take me to create. I had a lot of fun with Instagram this month since I taught myself how to edit with Lightroom and have been working on being more consistent.
